Die Stadt Landshut ist zwar Gr\u00fcndungsmitglied der Arbeitsgemeinschaft fahrradfreundliche Kommunen (AGFK) Bayern &#8211;\u00a0 im Jahr 2016 wurde ihr das G\u00fctesiegel \u201eFahrrad\u00adfreundliche Kommune\u201c verliehen &#8211;\u00a0 doch die AGFK-Bayern betonte , dass die Stadt mehr tun muss f\u00fcr Radler*innen.<\/p><h4><span style=\"color: #00ccff;\">Fahrradklimatest 2020: Platz 73 von 110<\/span><\/h4><p>Auch der Fahrradklimatest 2020 des Allgemeinen Deutschen Fahrrad-Clubs (ADFC) fiel mehr als ern\u00fcchternd aus. Die Landshuter*innen gaben dem Radverkehr in Landshut die Gesamtnote <strong>4,2<\/strong>\u00a0 &#8211;\u00a0 deutlich schlechter als noch zwei Jahre davor. Und das waren die Gr\u00fcnde daf\u00fcr:<\/p><ul><li>gr\u00f6\u00dferem Stressempfinden beim Radfahren<\/li><li>mangelnder Akzeptanz als Verkehrsteilnehmer*innen<\/li><li>deutlich verringertem Empfinden der Sicherheit und des Komforts beim Radfahren<\/li><li>Unzufriedenheit mit der Infrastruktur und dem Radverkehrsnetz<\/li><\/ul><p>Im Radverkehrskonzept 2020\u00a0 stellt die Verwaltung fest: \u201eAuf kurzen innerst\u00e4dtischen Wegen muss zu Fu\u00df gehen, Rad fahren und mit dem Bus fahren deutlich attraktiver werden\u201d.<\/p><blockquote><h3 style=\"text-align: left;\">Gewusst?<\/h3><h4 style=\"text-align: left;\">50 Prozent der Wege, die mit dem Auto gefahren werden, sind k\u00fcrzer als vier bis f\u00fcnf Kilometer.<\/h4><p>Wenn es gelingt, diese Kurzstreckenwege mit dem Pkw um ein Drittel zu reduzieren, kann Landshut den Radverkehrsanteil auf 35% steigern und damit das Lebens- und Wohnumfeld in der Stadt entscheidend verbessern.<\/p><\/blockquote><h4>\u00a0<\/h4><h4><span style=\"color: #00ccff;\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-9567 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/gruene-fraktion.la\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/2rEO0aw4-400x533.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"400\" height=\"533\" srcset=\"https:\/\/gruene-fraktion.la\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/2rEO0aw4-400x533.jpeg 400w, https:\/\/gruene-fraktion.la\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/2rEO0aw4-800x1067.jpeg 800w, https:\/\/gruene-fraktion.la\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/2rEO0aw4-768x1024.jpeg 768w, https:\/\/gruene-fraktion.la\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/2rEO0aw4-1152x1536.jpeg 1152w, https:\/\/gruene-fraktion.la\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/2rEO0aw4-1536x2048.jpeg 1536w, https:\/\/gruene-fraktion.la\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/2rEO0aw4-113x150.jpeg 113w, https:\/\/gruene-fraktion.la\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/2rEO0aw4-scaled.jpeg 1920w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 400px) 100vw, 400px\" \/><\/span><\/h4><h3><span style=\"color: #00ccff;\">Landshut w\u00e4chst \u2013 das Mobilit\u00e4tsbed\u00fcrfnis auch<\/span><\/h3><p>In einer dichter werdenden Stadt bietet das Fahrrad auch viele pers\u00f6nliche Vorteile als Alltagsverkehrsmittel: es ist platzsparend, kosteng\u00fcnstig, praktisch und flexibel., deshalb brauchen wir ein alltagstaugliches Radwegenetz \u2013 und zwar eines, das ganzj\u00e4hrig sicher zu befahren ist. Es braucht ein fl\u00e4chendeckendes Netz von Radfahrverbindungen der Stadtteile untereinander und \u00fcber die Stadtgrenzen hinaus zu den Nachbargemeinden Altdorf, Ergolding und Kumhausen.<\/p><blockquote><h4>F\u00fcr Fahrten in die Innenstadt muss sich das Rad als praktikabelstes Verkehrsmittel etablieren.<\/h4><\/blockquote><p>So kann eine neue Erreichbarkeit und zugleich hohe Aufenthaltsqualit\u00e4t in den Innstadtr\u00e4umen geschaffen werden. Ein Blick auf Kommunen in anderen L\u00e4ndern zeigt, dass dieses Miteinander keine Vision ist, sondern durch geeignete Ma\u00dfnahmen auch in Landshut erreicht werden kann. Daf\u00fcr braucht es:<\/p><ul><li>Ein stadtweites, l\u00fcckenloses Radverkehrsnetz<\/li><li>Sichere und stressfreie Kreuzungen und Einm\u00fcndungen<\/li><li>Bedarfsgerechte Fahrradabstellm\u00f6glichkeiten<\/li><li>Mehr Platz f\u00fcr\u00b4s Rad<\/li><\/ul><blockquote><h4><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-9388 alignleft\"
